If you purchase directly from Retroid, it is recommended you pay the upgraded cost for DHL shipping (if you want the fastest delivery time).<br />

Why is my shipping taking so long?<br />

Beta batch: If you ordered (only) a Yellow, Blue or Pink console before the 7th of August, it should have already shipped. Batch 1 (flawed sticks) stopped shipping by Aug 25th.<br />
<br />
Batch 1: If you ordered an Indigo, 16-Bit, or Retro (DMG) unit between August 3rd and August 28th, or a Yellow, Blue, or Pink unit between August 8th and August 28th, these orders are currently shipping, and you should receive your shipping notification by the 17th of September by the latest.<br />
<br />
Batch 2: If you ordered anything on the 29th of August or after, your orders will START shipping on the 25th of September, and may take a week or so before it is shipped.<br />
<br />
The round time for shipping (4PX or DHL) seems to be around 2-3 weeks average. <br />
(Though this could be as little as 1 week, and as much as a month based on existing data.)<br />
