Common SD Card Problems
1.Add game
Retroid OS: you want to add your own game, please put it in the SD:\ Games \ download directory.(Or you can't find your ROMS in retroid OS list after inserting SD card, please don't worry, follow me: 1.Press the home button to enter the Settings;2. Choose to enter the game Settings;3. Select external game management;4. Select your ROM type and press A to add) Android OS: You want to add your own game, please put it in the SD:\Roms\ corresponding game type.
2.Why does my SD card still have storage space, but it will prompt insufficient memory and fail to download?
Because we downloaded it first and then installed it, it took twice as much space to complete, and we left some free space to keep it running
3.Why is my RP2 connected to my PC but I can't see the contents of my SD card?
To view the contents of the SD card, you need to remove the SD card and plug in the card reader to connect to your computer.
4.SD card accidentally deleted/format SD card, causing the game can not run how to ?
Delete file by mistake/format SD card, empty SD card, copy the following file to SD card. Download: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Li1LR9Lc9-cMIFtM7UXWPB8oDDTPqtAi/view?usp=sharing
5.Can I exchange it for a bigger SD card?
Of course, but the largest card in our official test is 128G. If you use a larger card, there may be some minor problems (PS: unpredictable).
Common Battery Problems
1. How long does it take for the battery to be fully charged?
It takes 2.5 to 3 hours to fully charge.
2. I still couldn't turn on my handheld after charging it
After entering the battery protection, the handheld game console needs to be charged for 6-12 hours before starting up. Usually, the battery protection is caused by excessive battery exhaustion, but other external factors cannot be excluded.
3. I just got my handheld, but the battery drains pretty fast.
New devices have that, battery isn’t calibrated yet.Just charge it completely and drain it a few times naturally.
4. How long will my battery last when fully charged?
Retroid OS: Five hours Or so / Android OS: Three hours Or so
Retroid OS problems
1. Retroid OS the game. Can open it on Android OS?
Retroid and Android are separate systems, so you can't play Retroid on Android.
2. Retroid OS can be updated separately?
No!Android can't be updated separately either!
3. Why can't the game be saved?
Not all games can be archived, if the archiving failure, may be related to the specific game.
4. I suddenly couldn't get into the game market.
Check whether the SD card is inserted correctly, whether the network is smooth, and restart the handheld device. If you still can't solve your problem, please ask the sales to solve it.
5.I didn't plug in the earphone, Why displays the logo of the plugged in earphone?
This is a small internal action, but will not affect normal use.
6.How does the search function work? Why can't I find the game?
Except Chinese is searched by pinyin initials, other are searched by word.
7.I want to delete all the games. What's the password?
password:55555555
Android OS problems
1.Will Android be upgraded to Android 9 or Android 10?
There will be no operating system updates after RP2 update 8.1.But it will continue to optimize~
2. Why do I have delays and delays?
Too many programs running in the background can cause machine delays, so close unused programs in time
3. I didn't plug in the earphone, Why displays the logo of the plugged in earphone?
This is a small internal action, but will not affect normal use.
4. Why do my emulators run slowly? Task manager shows 50% CPU usage even when idle.
The process "android.process.media" might be indexing thumbnails and boxarts on the SD card. Prevent the indexing by adding an empty ".nomedia" file to the SD card.
