Common problems SD CARDS:

1.Add game

  Retroid OS: you want to add your own game, please put it in the SD:\ Games \ download directory
  Android OS: You want to add your own game, please put it in the SD:\Roms\ corresponding game type

2.Why does my SD card still have storage space, but it will prompt insufficient memory and fail to download?

 Because we downloaded it first and then installed it, it took twice as much space to complete, and we left some free space to keep it running

Common battery problems:

1. How long does it take for the battery to be fully charged?

 It takes 2.5 to 3 hours to fully charge.

2. I still couldn't turn on my handheld after charging it

 After entering the battery protection, the handheld game console needs to be charged for 6-12 hours before starting up. Usually, the battery protection is caused by excessive battery exhaustion, but other external factors cannot be excluded.
